How do I know how to send the correct photo?
Go to “How to Order” page and see preparing Photo
What part of my child’s photo
will be used?
We will use only your child’s entire face and head. Our
graphic artists will remove everything else.
If I mail my photo, will it be returned?
Yes, we will send your photo along with the products you
ordered. We will keep a copy of the photo for your next
purchase (Of course, you can use new photo if you want).
Can I send in more than one photo for more than one
product order for the same child?
No. You can only include one photo per order no matter how many products you are purchasing in the order. If you still want to use another photo you have to create a separate order.
Will the photo be modified?
We correct for red eyes and adjust brightness, contrast,
obvious color shift and size. We also modify the hair of
the child, if it is longer than shoulder, to optimize
for the movement.
Will my child’s name be featured in the Treasure
Studio products?
Your child’s full name will be seen in the title of the
Video and will be printed on all of the video packaging.
However it will not be called in the video since the
story is designed to focus on your child without calling
their names.
Will my child’s birthday be featured in the products?
Your child’s date of birth is not featured in the
products you order. We request the birthday on the order
form so that we can make you aware of special birthday
offers from Treasure Studio.
What will my child be wearing in the video?
Treasure Studio products feature several gender-neutral outfits for both boys and girls.
How long will it take to get my products?
We will ship products within 7 to 14 business days from
the time we receive your complete order.
Expect 2-10 more days for arriving depending the
shipping method you selected
Can I return or cancel my order?
No! Due to the personalization involved in creating our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please see
return policy for details.
